Olympus Health & Performance is now proudly offering coronavirus (COVID-19) PCR testing in Utah. We’ve tested tens of thousands of people for COVID-19 via antibody tests, which we have offered since April 2020. Testing is conducted Monday – Friday at our Holladay, Utah location by appointment only. Upon special request, we may be able to accommodate mobile testing for businesses and individuals. Monday – Friday test results will be received by midnight the same day. Must be tested by 4pm.

What is it?

The PCR (polymerase chain reaction) tests use a nasal swab to collect a sample for lab analysis. It determines whether an individual has an active coronavirus infection, even if the person is asymptomatic. Our FDA-authorized tests are manufactured by Logix Smart.

Who is it for?

Those wondering if they are currently active with the coronavirus, whether with symptoms or without. The PCR test is the best test for people with symptoms.

What is the cost?

• We currently accept Select Health, Humana, Direct Care Administrators, and United Healthcare insurance. Patients with these insurance companies have no co-pay or out-of-pocket costs (tests are billed directly to the insurance company at variable rates up to $400).
• Patients with other insurance companies must pay out-of-pocket $165 and may be reimbursed by their insurance company.
• Please note surveillance testing, testing for travel, or employee mandated testing is not reimbursable by most insurance companies.
• Payment by credit or debit card only. We are currently unable to process cash payments.
