Vaccines have been crucial in slowing the spread of Coronavirus, and Olympus Health & Performance is here to help further limit cases of COVID-19 in Utah and help us return to normal. Our team of specialized nurses have been approved to offer several types of the vaccine to our Salt Lake City patients. Each coronavirus vaccine we offer has been FDA approved for emergency use.

Am I Eligible to Receive the COVID-19 Vaccine in Utah?

The most recent guidelines are available at coronavirus.utah.gov/vaccine. Olympus Health & Performance follows Utah state guidelines for eligibility. As of the time of this writing, all Utahns 18 years old and above are eligible to receive any of the approved vaccines, and those as young as 12 are eligible for the Pfizer vaccine.

COVID-19 vaccines are free to everyone in the U.S. during the pandemic. No matter which vaccine is available to you, coronavirus vaccines are fully covered by insurance for the insured, and federal aid for the non-insured.

A Safe and Effective Way to Prevent Coronavirus

The COVID-19 vaccines have been extensively tested with proven results to help keep patients safe from the harmful impact of coronavirus. Although some people experience flu-like reactions from the vaccines, the symptoms remain mild and go away after 1-2 days. If you do happen to experience these mild symptoms, your body is not infected with the virus, but rather it is simply your immune system at work.
